The Shift Leader supports daily restaurant operations by leading team members during assigned shifts and ensuring smooth, efficient service. This role is responsible for maintaining high standards of customer service, food quality, cleanliness, and team performance while acting as the on-shift point of leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise team members during assigned shifts
- Ensure smooth daily operations, including opening and closing duties
- Support crew members with training, guidance, and on-the-job coaching
- Maintain excellent customer service standards and resolve guest concerns professionally
- Monitor food quality, speed of service, and cleanliness standards
- Assist with cash handling, register accuracy, and basic shift reporting
- Communicate effectively with management regarding shift performance and staffing needs. Ensure all company policies and procedures are followed
