Our client, an industry leader in providing exceptional services, is seeking a Receptionist to cover a medical leave. As a Receptionist, you will be part of the administrative support team, ensuring smooth daily operations and creating a welcoming environment for visitors and staff. The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Receptionist
Location: JACKSON, MS
Pay Range: $13.50
Shift: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday
What's the Job?
Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate personnel
Answering and routing incoming phone calls professionally
Managing front desk operations and maintaining a tidy reception area
Assisting with administrative tasks such as data entry and filing
Supporting team members with various clerical duties as needed
What's Needed?
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to maintain a professional and friendly demeanor
Basic computer skills, including familiarity with MS Office
Prior experience in a reception or administrative role is a plus but not required
