EBMS Program Manager
About therole:
CBRE is seeking a Subject MatterExpert (SME) in Construction Management & Enterprise Building ManagementSystems (EBMS) to support our client’s Global Realty Building Design &Engineering.
What You’ll Do:
The candidate will be responsible formanaging several workstreams to improve BMS Delivery and align with our businessjustifications. The candidate will engage with stakeholders across multipleregions and across multiple time zones.
The role will be based in NorthAmerica and will need to work in PT or CT or ET or MT time zone. The role will occasionally need toparticipate in European time zones. Remote US candidates will be considered.
WhatYou’ll Need:
Completed bachelor’s degree in architecture orengineering (required)
7 years’ experience in BuildingManagement Systems
Proficiency with project/program managementtracking software (e.g. SmartSheets, Asana, QuickSight (Power BI), MS Project,etc)
Strong competency with time management,organization, and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communicationskills
Experience with construction specifications:strong emphasis on Div 00, 21, 23, 25, 26
PreferredQualifications :
15 years’ experience in Construction,Engineering/Consultant Engineering or Facilities
Completed Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineeringor Controls Engineering from an accredited university
Advanced degree in controls engineering orelectrical engineering
PMP Certification or Six Sigma Certification
Experience managing projects across multipletime zones and culture
Experience with remote team management andcoordination
Strong cross-functional communication andcollaboration skills
Strong time management and organization skill

NA + LATAMOperations, Adoption & Deployment across all business units.
Update weekly EBMS Retrofit Portfolio, NCPortfolio, Asana workflows, Asana narrative updates, Smartsheet ConstructionSchedule Gantts, Program Cost Controls (PCC)
Assist on MBRs to stakeholders
Assist on annual “EBMS Summit”
Assist on EBMS white papers (WP)
Assist on Energy Rebate Applications
Assist on Green Lease Program applications
Assist on NA + LATAM EBMS Operations, Adoption& Deployment (OAD)
Assist on daily BMS SIM intakes to triage
EBMS Construction Managers shall oversee NewConstruction installations of EBMS as a “program”
Be the EBMS technical SME to assist Amazon’sGeneral Construction Manager
Ensure CBRE SFM is engaged early enough tofinish BMS launch on-time
Intervene to remove roadblocks/escalationsduring BMS delivery process
Engage with site operation leaders, Amazon’sMSI & RME partner teams to set up ECM-1, 2, 3
100% EBMS Construction Management on EBMSRetrofit Programs
Verify that ECM-1, 2, 3 are set up on everynew EBMS launch (New Construction & Retrofits)
Verify every new EBMS retrofit launch isdelivered: 1) on-time, 2) on or under budget, 3) ECM-1, 2, 3 are set up,configured, assigned & operating properly at handoff to site/RME.
Assist in cross-training any new EBMSconstruction managers
Definitions :
ECM-1: Energy ConservationMeasure 1 for occupied/unoccupied schedules for office block & break rooms
ECM-2: BMS Global Setpoints for office & warehouse
ECM-3: ASHRAE 241 fan cycling of warehouse RTUS
ECM-4: Demand Response
CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for this position is $105,000 annually and the maximum salary for this position is $115,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates may also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
