Job Description: Production Associate -- General Labor/ Robotic Weld
Location: Belleville, MI
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
Monday -- Friday | Overtime as Required $16.00/Hour Temporary -- Potential for Hire (No Guarantee)
Job Summary
We are currently hiring Production Associates to support our manufacturing operations, including our robotic welding department. This is an entry-level production position in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Associates may be assigned to robotic weld cells, assembly, packaging, or other general production areas based on business needs.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload parts in robotic weld fixtures
- Monitor automated weld cycles
- Perform visual inspections for quality
- Trim, sort, and package finished products
- Assist in assembly or other production departments as needed
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Follow safety and production standards at all times
- Support additional tasks as assigned by supervisors
Schedule
- Monday -- Friday
- Overtime as required
Requirements
- Ability to stand for full shift
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Strong attendance and reliability required
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
- Steel toe boots required
Previous manufacturing experience is helpful but not required. We will train dependable candidates.

- $16.00/hour starting wage
- Temporary assignment with potential for hire based on performance and attendance
