Chick-fil-A Jackson Part Time Lunch Shift Front of House Team Member in Jackson, Michigan

Position Type:

  • Part-time
  • 11am - 4pm
  • 15-20 hours

Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:

  • Smile

  • Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly

  • Work on your feet for several hours at a time
  • Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
  • Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
  • Other duties as assigned

Positional Leadership

  • Adheres strictly to all time and temperature standards to ensure food safety and consistency.
  • Follows Pathway standards to accurately engage with guests and capture their orders with hospitality and care.

  • Strives to gain proficiency in all FOH positions, enhancing overall team versatility.
  • Actively closes the gaps when order taking in Drive Thru.
