Why This Role Matters
As a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer you'll play a key role in organizing and coordinating the maintenance activities of our Izmit factory.
What You'll Do
Coordinate and support maintenance activities to ensure smooth, reliable operations
Plan, organize, and continuously improve preventive and predictive maintenance programs
Lead, mentor, and collaborate with maintenance technicians to drive team performance
Manage breakdown response, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement with cross-functional teams
Perform root cause analyses and implement sustainable corrective actions
Oversee engineering budgets and spare parts management with accountability
Contribute to production optimization and energy-efficiency improvement projects
What You'll Bring
A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
At least 3 years of experience in maintenance engineering within a production or manufacturing environment
Practical experience with preventive and predictive maintenance methodologies
Strong written and spoken English and Turkish communication skills
Creativity combined with analytical thinking and effective troubleshooting skills
Strong interpersonal skills, with confidence using Microsoft Office tools to communicate and stay organized
