Kelly Grow Turf and Plant Management is hiring a Landscape Laborer to join our growing team serving Bucks County and Montgomery County.
We are looking for someone with real hands-on experience who is comfortable working outdoors, operating equipment, and contributing to high-quality landscape and turf projects.
What you'll do
- Assist with landscape installation, planting, trimming, and property maintenance
- Perform excavation work and site preparation
- Operate heavy machinery such as skid steers and mini excavators
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
- Support lawn care treatments including fertilization and soil preparation
- Work with a team to complete projects efficiently and professionally
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of landscaping, excavation, or outdoor labor experience
- Experience operating heavy equipment (skid steer, excavator, or similar machinery)
- Ability to safely use hand tools and power tools
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
- Must be able to work some weekends as needed
- Ability to perform physical outdoor work in varying conditions
