Crew Leader Landscape Laborer -- Starting at $25+/hr (Based on Experience) Warminster, PA
Kelly Grow Turf and Plant Management is hiring a Landscape Crew Leader to join our growing team serving Bucks County and Montgomery County.
This role is ideal for an experienced professional who can lead a crew, operate equipment, and ensure high-quality work on every job site.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a landscape crew on daily job sites
- Oversee project execution, quality, and efficiency
- Perform and supervise excavation and site preparation
- Operate heavy machinery including skid steers and mini excavators
- Drive company trucks and trailers to and from job sites
- Ensure safety standards are followed at all times
- Train and guide crew members to maintain high performance
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in landscaping, excavation, or related field
- Valid driver's license required
- Experience driving trucks and trailers
- Strong experience operating heavy equipment (skid steer, excavator, or similar)
- Leadership experience or ability to manage a crew
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
- Must be able to work some weekends
- Ability to perform physical outdoor work in varying conditions
