What You'll Be Doing

  • Safely operate a concrete mixer truck to deliver ready-mix concrete to customer job sites

  • Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections and basic vehicle maintenance

  • Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and team members to ensure timely deliveries

  • Maintain accurate delivery documentation and follow all safety and operational procedures

  • Provide professional customer service while representing the company on job sites

What We Are Looking For

  • Demonstrated ability to safely operate commercial vehicles

  • Strong commitment to safety and following established procedures

  • Capability to perform physical tasks such as climbing, lifting, and maneuvering equipment

  • Effective communication skills and a team‑oriented mindset

  • Reliability, adaptability, and sound judgment in varying work conditions

Conditions of Employment

  • Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check

  • Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Work Environment

  • Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level

What We Offer

  • $26.93 to $28.93 per hour
