What You’ll Be Doing
Operate and monitor batch plant equipment to ensure safe and efficient production
Maintain accurate production records and verify material specifications
Perform routine inspections, troubleshooting, and minor maintenance
Coordinate material deliveries and communicate effectively with drivers and team members
Uphold all safety, quality, and environmental standards
What Are We Looking For
Ability to operate, monitor, and maintain batch plant machinery
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices
Capability to troubleshoot equipment and resolve issues proactively
Effective communication skills and teamwork orientation
Comfort working in a fast‑paced, production‑focused environment
Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
