What You Can Expect

The Snr Warehouse Clerk is responsible for achieving the highest service level and accuracy possible within the warehouse, and to ensure on time deliveries of Orthopedic products and instruments to our customers.

How You'll Create Impact

  • Daily Warehouse & Logistics Operations

  • Manage daily hospital transactions, including processing of missing items.

  • Process intercompany stock transfers (STO) from the Ankara warehouse to the Istanbul warehouse.

  • Perform shelf inspections and ensure FIFO (First In, First Out) compliance.

  • Monitor and manager backorders.

  • Handle damaged and lost goods through inventory adjustment procedures.

  • Review and monitor daily surgery schedules using Excel.

  • Execute and track Stock Transfer Order (STO) operations.

  • Manage daily delivery note transactions.

  • Conduct physical inventory counts and perform warehouse stock reconciliations.

  • Track domestic cargo and air freight shipments.

  • Process daily outbound transactions of surgical case sets and consumables to hospital customer account.

Your Background

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in similar environment

  • SRC1 license

  • Medical Device industry experience
