The role
Location: Istanbul, Turkey | Work arrangement: Hybrid | Reporting to: Head of Marketing CEE | Language requirements: Fluent/professional Turkish, written and verbal; advanced English

As our Marketing Specialist, you will support the effective execution of our marketing activities, including both internal initiatives and external vendor-related campaigns. You will contribute to shaping ongoing marketing efforts and assist in communicating our content to the relevant markets, helping to increase brand visibility and generate leads for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and evaluate multi‑channel marketing campaigns (email, social media, web)
Create and edit content aligned with brand guidelines
Drive local marketing campaigns and develop go‑to‑market strategies, including events
Manage marketing budgets and collaborate with vendors, partners, and internal teams
Oversee PR and social media presence (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram)
Support lead generation and CRM‑based qualification
What we need to see from you
Initial professional experience in marketing (agency experience is a plus)
Experience in event organization and lead generation
Knowledge of online marketing (social media, CMS, analytics, newsletters)
Experience with marketing automation tools (Dynamics 365 preferred)
Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Creative mindset, strong communication skills, and proactive approach
