What you’ll do:
We are seeking a driven and strategic Business Development Manager to lead Eaton’s Fire Systems and Devices portfolio across the assigned territory. You will be responsible for end‑to‑end sales growth, profit plan execution, and business development with Fire Distributors and Systems Integrators.
This role requires a proactive, commercially minded communicator who can build strong customer relationships, identify new opportunities, and collaborate effectively with our Country Sales Organisations to deliver revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
Take full ownership for sales growth and profit plan execution.
Define and drive business development strategies and growth initiatives, staying informed on market trends, competitor landscape, and industry activity.
Develop existing customers (stockists and Systems Integrators), promoting the full Eaton Fire portfolio and engaging key decision‑makers.
Target larger project scopes (Tier 1 / Tier 2), with a focus on Digital, Connected, and Cybersecurity-enabled fire applications.
Identify and win new business opportunities across systems and devices.
Facilitate and strengthen Systems Integrator partnerships, driving customer engagement, meetings, and events.
Collaborate with product line, operations, and country sales teams to achieve commercial targets.
Implement and manage customer and CSO pricing strategies.
Embrace Eaton’s standard processes and tools, including Salesforce and CRM pipeline management.
Travel across the assigned region and to the UK Headquarters as required (minimum once per quarter).
Qualifications:
Degree-level education or equivalent professional experience
10+ years’ commercial experience in the Fire Alarm market or a comparable Life Safety industry
Proven commercial experience managing large customers, especially Fire Distributors and Systems Integrators
Strong working knowledge of fire detection systems, technologies, and relevant standards
Fluency in Turkish and English essential

Analytical mindset with strong business ethics
Excellent interpersonal, influencing, and negotiation skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Effective team player who can also drive self‑led initiatives and manage their own pipeline
Confident presenter with strong stakeholder engagement skills
