Head of Quality
Role Responsibilities
Set, own and lead the country Quality & Food Safety strategy in line with corporate and global (Diageo) standards.
Lead, govern and continuously improve Quality and Food Safety Management Systems across the entire value chain as well as on the trade.
Act as a senior member of the global quality community, leading the deployment of global requirements locally.
Provide strong leadership for product quality, food safety, brand protection and risk management
Oversee New Product Development and product change approvals from a Quality & Food Safety perspective.
Lead internal and external audits, certifications and management reviews.
Drive supplier quality performance and continuous improvement through structured governance.
Build, lead and develop high-performing quality and laboratory teams while fostering a strong quality culture.
Experience / Skills Required
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; Master’s degree preferred.
10+ years of progressive experience in Quality leadership, preferably within FMCG / Food & Beverage with multilocation.
Proven track record in leading complex quality organizations and working with global stakeholders.
Strategic mindset with the ability to translate quality into business value.
Strong leadership, influencing and communication skills.
Fluent in English.
