E-Commerce Key Account Manager
Your role:
In this role, you have the opportunity to: Drive and shape the growth of our e-commerce business across key online customers in Turkish market. You will take full commercial ownership of your accounts, leveraging strong e-commerce fundamentals, data-driven decision-making, and impactful customer relationships. Working cross-functionally with Marketing, Retail Media, Supply Chain, and Finance, you will ensure our brands are visible, competitive, and successful in the online environment.
Full end-to-end ownership of assigned e-commerce key accounts, including revenue, margin, forecasting, and promotional planning
Development and execution of customer-specific e-commerce strategies and annual joint business plans
Building and continuously optimizing e-commerce fundamentals:
Digital shelf excellence
Product content & SEO
Availability (OSA)
Search performance
Retail media activation
Planning, steering, and evaluating promotional calendars and investment strategies
Analyzing sell-out data, market trends, and shopper insights to identify growth opportunities
Proactively tracking and managing key KPIs such as conversion rate, traffic, content score, and on-shelf availability
Leveraging advanced e-commerce tools and dashboards to monitor and optimize performance
You're the right fit if:
A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Digital Business, or a related field
Min 8 years of professional experience at least 5 years commercial experience in E-Commerce Key Account Management or Digital Sales
Strong understanding of online customers, digital business models, and performance drivers
A highly analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven decision-making
Strong ownership, negotiation skills, and customer-centric thinking
Curiosity and openness to explore and apply digital and AI tools in daily work
Excellent communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional teams
Fluency in English

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
