Eaton Corporation Channel Business Sales Manager in Istanbul, Turkey

This is a pivotal, senior commercial role with clear ownership of Eaton’s channel business across Turkey. As Channel Business Sales Manager, you will lead growth through electrical wholesalers, system integrators, and large OEM customers, shaping the go-to-market strategy for Eaton’s electrical portfolio including low-voltage switchgear, automation, drives, and soft starters.

Reporting directly to the Country Manager, you will have significant autonomy, visibility, and influence — responsible not only for delivering results, but for building a high-performing, future-ready channel ecosystem in a competitive and evolving market.

What you’ll do:

  • Own and execute the channel sales strategy for Eaton Electrical solutions in Turkey, driving sustainable growth and market expansion

  • Deliver ambitious revenue and profitability targets through electrical wholesalers, system integrators, and large OEM customers

  • Build, strengthen, and evolve the channel ecosystem, including identifying and onboarding strategic new partners

  • Act as a senior commercial interface to customers, consultants, and designers in specification-driven project environments

  • Lead complex opportunities end-to-end, working closely with Marketing, Product Engineering, and Customer Support

  • Own budgets, forecasts, and performance, ensuring disciplined execution and clear visibility to senior leadership

  • Continuously assess market trends, competitors, and growth opportunities to shape future strategy

Qualifications:

  • B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in Engineering

  • 10+ years of experience in Electrical Distribution and Sales, with strong exposure to channel partner management

Skills:

  • Proven success in driving business growth through channel-based sales models

  • Solid understanding of electrical solutions and project-based selling

  • Experience working with end users, consultants, utilities, OEMs, and system integrators

  • Strong commercial and analytical skills, including budget ownership and forecasting

  • Experience leading or developing sales teams is an advantage

  • Fluency in Turkish and English is essential
