Beacon Hill Staffing Group Vendor Maintenance Specialist in Issaquah, Washington
Join a well-established finance team at a large warehouse wholesaler where you'll play a critical role in setting up and maintaining vendor payment information. This is a great opportunity for someone with a finance or accounting background who enjoys working with documentation, systems, and cross-functional teams - without the pressure of full-cycle accounting. This Vendor Maintenance role is ideal for professionals looking to gain experience with SAP and complex vendor processes, or for someone with prior AP or contract support experience who wants to grow into a more technical finance role. What You'll Do: Review and validate vendor documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance Set up and maintain vendor profiles, including ACH/EFT payment information Enter and update vendor data in SAP with a high level of accuracy Communicate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve setup issues Ensure all vendor records are complete, consistent, and audit-ready Support ongoing projects and take on increasingly complex responsibilities over time What You Bring: Strong written and verbal communication skills (this is a must-have) Experience reviewing documents and entering financial or customer data Background in accounts payable, vendor setup, contracts, billing, or legal/admin support Intermediate to advanced Excel skills Comfort working independently while collaborating with a team Finance or Accounting degree preferred (or equivalent hands-on experience) SAP experience is a plus, but not required Why You'll Like It Here: Supportive managers with a strong track record of positive contractor experiences Collaborative team environment with room to grow your responsibilities Exposure to enterprise-level systems and processes Opportunity to extend beyond the initial contractReady to get started?
