Provider Solutions & Development Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Otolaryngology (ENT) in Issaquah, Washington
Swedish Medical Group is seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Clinician (nurse practitioner or physician assistant) to join the Otolaryngology (ENT) team in Issaquah, Washington. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative, well-established specialty practice within a patient-centered, multidisciplinary environment.
The APC will provide comprehensive outpatient ENT care and work closely with a team of otolaryngologists and clinical support staff. The role is primarily clinic-based, with the opportunity for occasional procedural or surgical assistance depending on experience and clinic needs.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and management of patients with otolaryngologic conditions in an outpatient setting
Perform office-based procedures consistent with training and scope of practice
Collaborate closely with otolaryngology physicians and multidisciplinary care teams to ensure high-quality, coordinated patient care
Participate in patient education, follow-up care, and care coordination
Document clinical encounters accurately and timely within the electronic medical record
Support quality, safety, and patient experience initiatives within the practice
Qualifications & Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
Active Washington State NP or PA license (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
Federal DEA registration (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
Otolaryngology experience preferred; new graduates with a strong interest in ENT are encouraged to apply
Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills
Compensation & Benefits:
Compensation is between $137,683 and $177,886 per year
Competitive compensation aligned with APC compensation tiers and experience
Eligibility for quality and/or productivity incentives

CME allowance and paid time off
Malpractice coverage provided
The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them.
