About The Division:

The EAME Distribution Division manages Cat® distribution across Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and Eurasia. The division provides clear guidance and support across all Cat® dealers in the region to ensure their strong performance and their execution of the segment growth strategies. The division also delivers superior customer experiences, profitable services growth, and industry leadership.

About The Role:

Europe Distribution Region is looking for a driven and passionate Marketing & Sales Operations Representative to join the Central Europe District team, based in Munich, Germany , covering the Avesco Group dealer (Switzerland, Finland and the Baltics).

As a Marketing & Sales Operations Representative, you will collaborate with Cat® Dealers and Caterpillar internal business partners to build capability, drive process improvement, and execute Marketing & Sales related strategies to improve customer experience, sales performance and drive growth. Bring your marketing, sales, digital, project management skills and analytical mind to ultimately develop solutions which support dealer profitable growth while meeting customer needs.

What You Will Do:

  • Consult with dealers on ways to improve marketing and sales capabilities, sales performance, and customer experience, supporting the overall business development process to ensure profitable growth while meeting customer needs.

  • Advise on existing and potential customer experience issues and define improvement measures.

  • Drive appropriate engagement across various levels of the dealership and Caterpillar internal partners to ensure execution of projects and initiatives and enhance dealer capabilities and performance.

  • Respond to inquiries and resolve issues related to business plan execution, operational improvement, and achievement of targets, acting as a facilitator and liaison between dealers and relevant Caterpillar subject matter experts.

  • Govern dealer execution of programs designed to increase sales and improve customer experience.

  • Lead and support dealer process and capability operational programs, including sales funnel management, to improve pipeline effectiveness and conversion.

  • Manage communications related to Marketing & Sales updates with dealers and internal stakeholders.

  • Keep up to date with market, industry, and technology trends impacting the business and competitive landscape.

  • Support dealers in the development and execution of marketing and sales strategies, including go‑to‑market plans and customer value propositions.

  • Monitor dealer performance metrics and KPIs, providing insights and recommendations to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications / Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance and/or Engineering.

  • Experience in Sales, Marketing, Retail, or Product support experience involving dealer facing responsibilities.

  • Previous successful experience in marketing or sales project management or strong project/process management skills

  • Strong, proven interpersonal skills including public presentation proficiency and ability to earn trust and credibility with senior dealer management teams

  • Knowledge of CRM management, digital marketing channels and tools.

  • The proven ability to effectively work with all hierarchy levels and influence others internally and externally to ensure relentless execution

  • Previous project management experience is a plus

  • Fluency in English is mandatory. German language skills are highly desirable. Additional languages such as French, Spanish, or Italian are an advantage

  • Willing to travel as required, up to 35% (within Europe)
