Level 23 Full Stack IT Engineer (MSP Experience Required) Company Overview: A leading Managed Service Provider (MSP) is looking for a proactive and skilled Level 23 Full Stack IT Engineer to join their growing team. This is a great opportunity for an experienced support engineer ready to take the next step, work on diverse technologies, and contribute to impactful IT solutions for a variety of clients. Key Responsibilities: Deliver support and implementation services across a wide range of technologies, including Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, and virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V). Assist with cloud migrations, server setups, and network rollouts under the guidance of senior engineers. Troubleshoot and resolve issues involving networking (LAN/WAN), firewalls, email systems, and endpoint devices. Collaborate with clients to understand business needs and provide responsive, customer-focused support. Participate in project delivery tasks, such as configuring infrastructure, deploying systems, and documenting environments. Escalate complex issues as needed and work closely with Level 3 engineers and project leads. Maintain system documentation, ticket notes, and follow established change control processes. Required Experience & Skills: 35 years of hands-on IT support experience, with at least 12 years in an MSP or similar fast-paced environment. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, and networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, firewalls). Experience with desktop and server support, virtualization (VMware or Hyper-V), and common backup/DR tools. Exposure to firewall platforms such as Fortinet, Cisco, or SonicWall is a plus. Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. A customer-first mindset and ability to manage time across multiple clients and priorities.
