Position Overview:
We are currently building our pool of compassionate and dedicated Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) who value personal growth, professional development, and delivering exceptional, client-centered care. Ideal candidates bring a positive attitude, adaptability to clients’ needs, and a genuine passion for making a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide hands-on personal care and assistance with daily living activities
Support client independence while ensuring safety and well-being
Follow individualized care plans tailored to each client’s needs and document as required
Communicate effectively with clients, families, and Dharma Home Care staff
All Shifts Available – Hourly Caregivers Needed
Hourly Care: Starting at $19/hour
Flexible Schedules: Full-time, part-time, or per diem (subject to shift availability)

Minimum Requirements:
Licensure: Must hold an active New Jersey Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) license in good standing.
Physical Ability: Must be physically able to perform the essential duties of this position.
Transportation: Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and proof of auto insurance.
References: Must provide at least two verifiable professional references.
Work History: Must provide verifiable employment history for the past 12 months.
Background Check: Must successfully pass a national criminal background check (including any additional screenings required by the State of New Jersey).
Health Requirements: Must provide proof of the following:
Valid physical examination within the last year
Negative TB test or chest X-ray
Proof of MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella) vaccination
Compensation: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
