Our client, a leading organization in the technology sector, is seeking a Software Engineer 4 to join their team. As a Software Engineer 4, you will be part of the Software Engineering department supporting innovative projects and large-scale initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?
Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Software Engineering.
Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Software Engineering challenges requiring in-depth evaluation of multiple factors.
Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel to deliver innovative solutions.
Leverage full stack Java/React expertise, ideally with some background in Identity and Access Management.
What's Needed?
5+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work, consulting, training, military experience, or education.
Proficiency in full stack Java and React development.
Experience with Identity and Access Management is preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
