ManpowerGroup Software Engineer 3 - Contingent in Irving, Texas
Our client, a leading financial services organization , is seeking a Software Engineer (.NET/React) to join their team. As a Software Engineer , you will be part of the Software Engineering Department supporting application development teams . The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, collaboration, and attention to detail which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Software Engineer (.NET/React)
Location: Las Colinas, TX (Onsite – 3 days/week)
Pay Range: $55 – $70/hr (W2)
Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire
Work Authorization: USC / GC only (No sponsorship available)
What’s the Job?
Design, develop, and maintain applications using .NET Core, C#, and React
Participate in Agile development including coding, testing, debugging, and documentation
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions
Ensure application quality, security, and compliance standards
Perform unit and integration testing and support production issues
What’s Needed?
4+ years of software engineering experience
Strong experience with .NET Core, C#, React, and design patterns (MVC, Singleton, etc.)
Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, jQuery
Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth, JWT
Database experience with SQL Server, MongoDB, JSON/XML/YAML
