Program Manager – HR Technology
Role Definition:
Designs, implements, and maintains organizational programs in support of the strategic HR technology roadmap.
What You Will Do:
Serve as main point of contact for identifying and solutioning opportunities and partner with delivery resources for implementation
Lead the intake of potential initiatives and framing priority business problems and opportunities with close connection to HR technical architect and HR business leads
Lead end-to-end delivery of complex HR technology programs, ensuring alignment to business strategy, scope, timeline and budget
Drive adoption and value realization through change management, communication, and partnership with the HR and IT functions
Leverage data, metrics, and post‑implementation insights to continuously improve HR technology performance, user experience, and ROI.
Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, compliant, and aligned with enterprise architecture, data, and privacy standards.
Serve as a liaison among project teams within the program, translating corporate objectives into program objectives and practices.
Plan and monitor program development to ensure that quality standards and goals are achieved.
What You Have:
A proven HR technology program leader who connects strategy to execution – driving complex, cross-functional initiatives from concept to value realization through strong governance, stakeholder influence, and data-driven decision making.
Program executive & governance: Leads complex, cross-functional HR technology program end-to-end-owning scope, dependencies, risk, budget, and vendors- while establishing strong governance to ensure on-time, on-value delivery.
Stakeholder & change leadership: Serve as the connective tissue between HR, IT, Finance, and external partners -driving alignment, accelerating decision-making, and fueling adoption through clear communication and disciplined change management.
Data-driven optimization mindset: Leverages metrics, insights, and continuous feedback to measure outcomes, optimize the HR technology, ecosystem, and maximize ROI, scalability, and employee experience.
Education: Bachelor of Science Degree or relevant experience.
Additional Info :
The primary location for this position is Irving, TX.
This position requires you to work in the office 5 days a week.

Summary Pay Range:
$147,760.00 - $221,640.00
