Now Hiring: Fulfillment Pharmacy Technician

Pay Rate $20.00 per hour
Schedule
Monday – Friday
Shifts scheduled between 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Location: Irving, TX
Position Overview
The Fulfillment Pharmacy Technician plays a key role in the dispensing and fulfillment process. This position focuses on prescription prioritization, accurate medication pulling and packaging, and ensuring orders are ready for shipment while meeting quality and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Prioritize and process incoming prescriptions
• Pull and fill medications under pharmacist supervision
• Prepare prescriptions for verification and delivery
• Accurately package medications and required documentation
• Maintain complete and accurate patient records
• Support inventory, stocking, and fulfillment workflow
• Keep workstation clean and organized
• Follow HIPAA and all pharmacy compliance regulations
• Communicate effectively with pharmacy operations teams
• Manage multiple tasks while meeting service level goals
Required Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of retail or mail order pharmacy experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable and quality-focused work style
Physical Requirements
• Pharmacy warehouse environment
• Frequent standing, walking, reaching
• Push/pull up to 15 lbs
• Lift/carry up to 15 lbs
