We started with pastries handmade by Lois and Lloyd Martin inside of a garage and we have boomed into a multi-facility company where our many products are produced by machines and shipped domestically and internationally. Summary: As a member of the Martin's Family of employees, the Part-Time Merchandiser helps to organize and maintain Martin’s designated retail shelf space of assigned area.
This is a year-round position that will involve driving your vehicle to multiple locations in the Ft. Worth, TX and surrounding market area.
Wage:
$17.75/ hour – Paid Weekly!
Scheduled Hours:
Sunday and Wednesday - Shift are 5am - 2pm
It will be about 18-20 hours a week; subject to change during Holidays and peak season.
Must has reliable transportation
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Maintain sufficient stock on shelves in assigned retail space.
Maintain the stock area in a neat and orderly fashion.
Maintain sufficient stock on the displays in the stores.
Rotate shelf stock appropriately.
Notify Route Salesperson of any issues encountered during processing.
Communicate effectively with Store Manager and Route Salesperson.
Apply price stickers to product if needed and set up displays if requested by Route Salesperson.
Adheres to safety, food safety, and Good Manufacturing Practices regulations.
Education and/or Experience:
High school diploma or GED;
One to three months’ related experience and/or training; or
Equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must possess a valid Driver's License.
