Maintenance Supervisor
Job Description
The applicant will be responsible for mechanical and electrical maintenance tasks. This includes, but is not limited to, working with gears, bearings, conveyors, compressed air systems, basic pumps, and performing some welding. Additionally, the role involves handling servo motors, hydraulics, pneumatics, reading blueprints, and strictly adhering to all safety procedures.
Responsibilities
Perform mechanical and electrical maintenance on equipment such as gears, bearings, and conveyors.
Handle compressed air systems and basic pumps.
Conduct welding tasks as needed.
Maintain and repair servo motors, hydraulics, and pneumatics systems.
Read and interpret blueprints for various maintenance tasks.
Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and guidelines.
Essential Skills
2-5 years of maintenance experience in a heavy industrial/manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in handling hydraulics and pneumatics.
Ability to work with mechanical systems including conveyors and gears.
Experience in welding and working with servo motors.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
Ability to work in a hot, cold, loud, dirty, and fast-paced environment.
Willingness to work overtime when required.

The work environment is part of a roofing manufacturing operation that is extremely hot, cold, loud, and dirty. It is a fast-paced setting with 24-hour operations, requiring adaptability and resilience.

This is a Permanent position based out of Irving, TX.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $100000.00/yr.
dp, promote from within, 401k match 6%, great benefits and vacation / holiday pay
Workplace Type
This is a fully onsite position in Irving,TX.
