ManpowerGroup Lead Automation Tester (Playwright - No C2C) in Irving, Texas
Our client, a leading organization in the technology and software development industry, is seeking a Lead Automation Tester to join their dynamic team. As a Lead Automation Tester, you will be an integral part of the Quality Assurance department supporting the Software Engineering team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.
Job Title: Lead Automation Tester (Playwright - No C2C)
Location: Irving, TX
Pay Range: $72/hr depending on years of experience
What's the Job?
Design, develop, and maintain robust UI and API automation frameworks using Playwright or similar tools.
Lead automation efforts for complex web-based applications, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test strategies and acceptance criteria.
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous delivery processes.
Mentor and guide junior team members and offshore QA resources to uphold quality standards.
What's Needed?
7+ years of professional experience in software testing, with a focus on automation.
Hands-on experience with Playwright or similar modern automation frameworks, with the ability to quickly adopt Playwright.
Proficiency in programming with C# and experience with Selenium WebDriver.
Strong understanding of testing methodologies, including functional, integration, and system testing.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
