Escrow Disbursement Support Specialist (Mid-Level)

Position Overview
Adecco is seeking an Escrow Disbursement Support Specialist in Irving, TX. This role is responsible for performing daily bank reconciliations and managing escrow disbursement activities.
Key Responsibilities
Perform daily bank reconciliation for escrow accounts.
Reconcile outstanding deposits and disbursements, including checks and wire transactions.
Balance files in accordance with lender instructions and lender wire requirements.
Process and monitor escrow disbursements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Provide support to internal and external customers by resolving issues via internal systems, email, and phone communication.
Manage ancillary processes including:
Check reissues
Trial balance reconciliation
Refund processing
Review signed lender packages related to refinance transactions, including:
Notes and security instruments
Affidavits and other supporting documents
Confirm documentation completeness to approve files for funding.
Qualifications
1 year of transactions processing and bank reconciliation experience.
Strong understanding of bank reconciliation and disbursement processes.
Experience in escrow operations, mortgage servicing, or financial reconciliation preferred.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Pay Details: $22.50 per hour
