Job Description – Administrative Assistant 2
Work Location: Hybrid 2-3 days onsite in LAS COLINAS, TX
Duration: 13 Months
Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week (No overtime)
Pay Rate Range: $25 to $28/hr
Role Overview
This role provides high-level administrative support to senior leadership, specifically two General Managers (GMs). The position involves managing complex schedules, coordinating travel, handling expenses, and supporting day-to-day team operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage calendars for two General Managers
Coordinate domestic and international travel logistics
Process and track business expenses
Organize meetings, events, and team coordination activities
Support department financial, personnel, and facility operations
Procure goods and services (equipment, office supplies, vendors)
Serve as a key point of contact for the team/department
Provide general administrative and office support
Handle special projects as assigned
Typical Day in the Role
Calendar management and scheduling
Cross-team collaboration and coordination
Travel planning and logistics
Expense tracking and reporting
General team support for two GMs
Candidate Requirements
Disqualifiers
Inaccessible or unclear resumes
Experience not aligned with resume claims
Lack of administrative experience (especially with Microsoft tools)
Poor communication skills
Ideal Candidate Profile
Detail-oriented and highly organized
Strong experience in calendar management and travel coordination
Skilled in expense tracking and reporting
Prior administrative experience (preferably in Microsoft environments)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong multitasking skills (supporting multiple leaders)
Proactive and self-driven
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Eager to learn and grow
