We are searching for the best talent for a Technology Program Management Senior Engineer to support our Electrophysiology business. This role will work a Flex/Hybrid schedule with 3 days per week onsite in our Irvine, CA office .

The Technology Program Management Senior Engineer will manage and contribute to digital-related projects (for example, digital transformation efforts, software/tool implementations, and data-driven initiatives) and work cross-functionally to identify, shape and implement New Product Development process improvements that accelerate time-to-market, enhance quality, and increase development efficiency.

Critical capabilities include the ability to lead and support these efforts using appropriate methodologies, tools and best practices (MS Project, Six sigma, etc.). Candidates most demonstrate initiative, effective collaboration, strong critical thinking, clear communication skills and consistent follow‑through to resolve issues and complete projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Support / lead the implementation of digital projects and process improvement initiatives from initiation to completion, applying appropriate Project Management methodologies and practices.

  • Support data collection and exploratory analysis required for digital feature(s) implementation or AI model development.

  • Plan and manage detailed Project schedules with all critical milestones, interdependencies, and resource constraints.

  • Monitor project status and execution; report timely updates via Project Templates and Dashboards; develop agendas, minutes, metrics, etc.

  • Proactively identify and manage business impacts and risks, escalate issues to stakeholders, and lead development and delivery of tactical and achievable mitigation and contingency planning.

  • Support / lead the implementation of NPD process improvements while ensuring that Compliance requirements are met.  

  • Write and maintain work instructions, standard operating procedures, and project documentation and ensure on-going maintenance and enhancement of implemented solutions.

  • Lead "lessons learned" exercises, share lessons among teams and integrate them into existing processes.

  • Deliver transparent, timely and effective verbal and written communication and lead training sessions (workshops, job aids) for teams, stakeholders and appropriate levels of the organization.

Experience & Skills:

  • A minimum of 2 years of business experience

  • University/Bachelors Degree or Equivalent in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)

  • Basic data-analysis and visualization skills (Excel advanced functions, Power BI, or Tableau).

  • Exposure to product lifecycle tools (PLM) or configuration management system.

  • Internship, coursework, or project experience in digital technologies and/ or systems integration

  • Introductory programming/scripting experience (Example: Python) is preferred

  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and effective organizational and leadership skills.

  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in an effective manner.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :

$79,000.00 - $127,650.00

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:

Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:

Vacation –120 hours per calendar year

Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado –48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington –56 hours per calendar year

Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays –13 days per calendar year

Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year

Parental Leave – 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child

Bereavement Leave – 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year

Caregiver Leave – 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period10 days

Volunteer Leave – 32 hours per calendar year

Military Spouse Time-Off – 80 hours per calendar year
