Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Level II System Support Engineer to join our client onsite in Irvine, CA. (Hybrid - 3x/wk). In this role you will be troubleshooting level2/3 issues for both software and hardware of In-Flight Entertainment systems. Preferred experience in In-flight entertainment or similar background. This role will entail roughly 70% software / 30% hardware focus, with systems level thinking.

Skills and Requirements
Experience with level 2/3 troubleshooting IFE systems
Strong communication skills and ability to articulate problems, root cause analysis.
Highly independent individual that does not require step by step direction
Must have experience scripting: Shell, Bash or Python preferred
Experience working in OS, Linux and Android - In-flight entertainment background
Java
Experience with server to passenger displays
