ABOUT THE ROLE
The Application Developer/Analyst supports Golden State Foods’ Corporate Applications, including Lawson Finance, UKG Workforce Management timeclocks, and facility camera and badge door systems. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across both on ‑ prem and cloud technologies to design, maintain, and implement high ‑ quality, scalable solutions.
This position serves as the primary support resource for:
Infor Lawson ERP (financial modules)
UKG Pro Workforce Management (timeclocks)
Avigilon/Hanwha cameras & RS2 door badge systems
FMG forms application
This role plays a key part in driving system adoption, ensuring best practices, and optimizing technical architecture across multiple platforms.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for Lawson Finance, UKG timeclocks, FMG forms, and facility camera/badge systems.
Develop and maintain programs using CL, CLLE, COBOL, SQL, and job scheduler tools.
Design screens, reports, and system enhancements; modify existing programs to meet changing business needs.
Conduct system testing, debugging, QA reviews, and create test scenarios, cases, and scripts.
Maintain application documentation including logic, coding, configuration, testing, and change history.
Manage application administration, including security standards, data protection, patches, service packs, and upgrades.
Collaborate with business units to resolve issues, gather requirements, and support system adoption; develop and deliver end ‑ user training.
Support cross ‑ team coordination, knowledge transfer, and process improvements within the IT organization.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
6+ years of progressive experience in application programming, design, and testing for small ‑ and large ‑ scale systems.
2+ years supporting and implementing financial modules (AP, GL, FA, Project Accounting).
Working knowledge of IBM iSeries AS400, OS400, DB2, FTP/SFTP, IFS, and related technologies.
Experience with UKG Pro, Workforce Management, and timeclock systems.
Experience supporting Concur Expense, Avigilon/Hanwha cameras, and RS2 door badge systems.
Strong SQL/database experience (3+ years).
Ability to troubleshoot, configure, and enhance complex business applications.
Strong documentation, communication, and technical problem ‑ solving skills.
Education & Certification
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a computer ‑ related field (Computer Science, Information Systems).
SCHEDULE & SETTING
Hybrid: 3 days in office / 2 days remote
Travel: Less than 10%
Role Type: Individual Contributor (no direct management responsibilities)
PAY & BENEFITS
Pay Range (Base Pay) : $ 125,000 - $135,000
Other Compensation: May include shift differentials, overtime pay, bonuses, or other incentive pay as applicable to the position and location.
