Our client seeks an experienced Project Manager to coordinate multiple application development and integration initiatives across a diverse enterprise landscape. The role partners closely with leadership to drive planning, execution, governance, and communication while managing escalations and dependencies. The Project Manager will support systems development efforts, including SAP S/4HANA integrations, and create structure across teams to maintain momentum and deliver results. The position requires full-time onsite presence and strong discretion with confidential information.
Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.
Rate: $75.00 to $80.00/hr. w2
Responsibilities:
Serve as a key project leader partnering with organizational leadership to plan, execute, and coordinate day-to-day activities across initiatives.
Drive action items to closure with clear ownership, timelines, and accountability.
Manage multiple concurrent application development projects spanning operational, enhancement, and strategic work.
Oversee a portfolio of 3–4 strategic projects with alignment, progress tracking, and stakeholder communication.
Support enterprise applications involving complex integrations and manage escalations across business, development, and integration teams.
Support systems development and integration efforts, including SAP S/4HANA-related initiatives.
Plan pre-work and readiness activities for onboarding applications and integrations, including dependencies, sequencing, and risk identification.
Coordinate build activities, timelines, and handoffs with development teams.
Ensure integration efforts are planned, communicated, and executed with minimal disruption.
Establish and maintain project governance including status reporting, decision tracking, and change management.
Prepare and maintain project collateral such as executive decks, status updates, and documentation.
Create structure, clarity, and execution discipline across application and development teams.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism and exercise sound judgment.
Experience Requirements:
Proven experience as a Project Manager supporting multiple application development and integration projects.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with senior leaders, developers, and cross-functional teams.
Demonstrated ability to drive actions, manage ambiguity, and adapt to changing priorities.
Experience supporting systems development and enterprise integrations, preferably including SAP-related environments.
High degree of professionalism, discretion, and trustworthiness.
Ability and willingness to work onsite 5 days per week in Irvine, CA.
Experience supporting or partnering closely with an executive or senior technology leader (preferred).
Exposure to SAP S/4HANA, enterprise application ecosystems, or complex integration landscapes (preferred).
Background working in fast-paced, transformation-oriented environments (preferred).
Experience preparing executive-level presentations and project communications (preferred).

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
