Adecco is currently assisting one of its clients in their search for a Project Coordinator in Irvine, CA!

Pay rate: $34/hr

Shift availability: 8a-5p, hybrid – at least 1 day in office (Part Time, 32 hours a week)

Project Coordinator, Merchandise will bridge the gap between creative vision and operational execution. You will manage the lifecycle of lifestyle for DTC channels, ensuring product accuracy from SKU creation to global compliance. This role requires a blend of creative trend awareness and rigorous data management.

Our ideal Project Coordinator must be able to:

  • Production & Vendor Management: Manage development and production schedules with internal teams and external vendors; request samples and ensure production deadlines are met.

  • Data & Lifecycle Ownership: Own the product SKU creation process (style numbers, color codes, UPC generation) and maintain the Material Master data and Development tracker.

  • Commercialization & Compliance : Ensure all products meet global resale requirements, including testing, legal reviews, and copy accuracy.

  • Cross-Functional Coordination : Maintain product timelines across design, marketing, digital, and retail teams.

  • Sample Management: Act as the gatekeeper for samples, organizing and tracking them for internal use, marketing, and photo shoots.

  • Internal Support: Coordinate internal product requests for events, employee benefits, and belonging groups.

  • Administrative Excellence : Facilitate meeting coordination, take detailed notes and minutes, and provide high-level interface for merchandise team and supporting partners.

Education/Certification Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree

Experience requirements for this Project Coordinator:

  • 4+ years of apparel production, merchandising, product development, and/or vendor management required ( Merchandising and/or Apparel Production preferred)

  • 2+ years of Project Coordinator experience required

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Effective communication skills

  • Proficieint in Google Suite, Zoom, and/or MS Office Suite (Advanced Excel for retail math)

  • Excellent problem-solving skills

Pay Details: $34.00 per hour
