NTT DATA currently seeks an Operations Coordinator - Facilities to join our team onsite in Irvine, CA.

HOURS: 9am-5:30pm with 30 min lunch or 8:30-5:30pm with 1 hour lunch

The Office Services Specialist drives departmental organization, prioritization, and project execution—balancing day-to-day operations with long-term initiatives that enhance the employee experience and overall workplace functionality. The Office Services Specialist will serve as a central point of coordination between internal departments, vendors, and leadership to ensure that all office and facility-related projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day maintenance, cleanliness, and safety of the Irvine office and related facilities.

  • Plan and manage large-scale facilities projects such as parking lot repaving, office improvements, and vendor-led upgrades.

  • Coordinate inspections, service contracts, and maintenance schedules with external vendors and internal stakeholders.

  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and building regulations.

  • Develop and maintain the facilities budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality control.

  • Ownership of the Safety Committee

  • Lead projects from inception through completion, including scope development, timeline management, resource allocation, and execution.

  • Delegate tasks effectively to ensure efficiency and staff empowerment.

  • Have a hands-on mentality not just a delegation mentality

  • Identify and implement process improvements that strengthen departmental infrastructure and communication.

  • Track and report project progress, challenges, and outcomes to leadership.

  • Or any other projects and assignments as needed.

Required Skills/Experience

  • 4+ years of facilities experience

  • 1+ year of Microsoft Office Suite

  • High school diploma/GED

Preferences

  • Project experience

  • Facilities-related project experience

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is ($33- $43/hourly ). This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.

This position is eligible for company benefits that will depend on the nature of the role offered.
