Job Description
As a Junior ServiceNow Developer, you will work closely with a senior developer on assigned projects, demonstrating versatility and a strong foundation across core ServiceNow capabilities. You will perform day‑to‑day administrative tasks within ServiceNow, including managing users, groups, roles, and access controls. You will participate in ongoing education and hands‑on, on‑the‑job training. A strong foundation in ITIL and ITSM is required, as these are central to the platform and role. You will use JavaScript for scripting and work extensively with the new Workflow Designer. The environment is ITSM‑first, with next priority exposure to HRSD and Employee Center, as the organization’s service portal is actively moving to Employee Center Pro. You will also work with Integration Hub to support integrations with other enterprise systems.

Skills and Requirements
2-4 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer
Certified ServiceNow System Administrator
Experience with ITIL and ITSM ServiceNow modules
Experience with HRSD/Employee Center or ITOM
Experience with JavaScript and workflow designer scripting Familiarity with App Engine Studio
Experience with CSM and/or FSO
