ManpowerGroup Inspection, Laser and Assembly Technician in Irvine, California
Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing and assembly, is seeking a dedicated Inspection, Laser and Assembly Technician to join their team. As an Inspection, Laser and Assembly Technician, you will be part of the Industrial department supporting production and quality assurance teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent troubleshooting skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Inspection, Laser and Assembly Technician
Location: Irvine, CA
Pay Range: $27.00
Shift: 6:00 am - 2:30 pm Monday through Friday
What's the Job?
Prepare child parts for the next day’s assembly requirements, ensuring accuracy and readiness.
Assemble required quantities of UCA’s according to schedule and meet daily production goals.
Perform laser engraving on products, including installing fixtures, loading files, and aligning laser images.
Conduct visual and mechanical inspections, troubleshoot issues, and ensure parts meet quality standards.
Maintain cleanliness of workstations, tools, and ensure proper disposal of waste materials.
What's Needed?
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
At least 1 year of experience in assembly technician responsibilities.
Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
Strong visual and mechanical inspection skills, with troubleshooting abilities.
Ability to stand and walk consistently throughout the work shift, lifting items up to 50 lbs.
