Job description
Summary of Job Purpose:
The Human Resources Manager leads the development and execution of HR policies and programs across employee relations, talent development, compliance, and employee services, partnering with leadership to ensure alignment with business objectives and a consistent, high-impact employee experience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Lead full-cycle talent acquisition efforts, including workforce planning, sourcing strategies, recruitment, selection, and internal mobility, to meet evolving business needs.
• Partner with leadership to assess talent needs and ensure effective hiring decisions, promoting fair, consistent, and compliant selection practices.
• Oversee onboarding and integration programs to ensure a positive employee experience and alignment with company culture and objectives.
• Drive employee relations strategy and execution, advising leadership on performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution to ensure fair and consistent application of policies.
• Investigate employee concerns and policy violations, ensuring timely, objective, and compliant resolution.
• Represent the organization in employment-related matters, including unemployment claims and regulatory inquiries (e.g., EEOC).
• Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and practices in compliance with federal and state regulations, ensuring alignment with organizational standards.
• Provide guidance to leaders and employees on HR policies, procedures, and programs, ensuring clarity and consistency in application.
• Lead performance management and talent development processes, including performance reviews, succession planning, and participation in Group development and skills initiatives.
• Coordinate training and development programs, including compliance and skills-based training, to support workforce capability and growth.
• Oversee compensation and salary administration practices, ensuring internal equity and external competitiveness; support market analysis and benchmarking activities.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and site-level programs to strengthen culture, retention, and overall employee experience.
• Analyze HR metrics and trends (e.g., turnover, absenteeism) and recommend actions to improve organizational effectiveness.
• Ensure accurate HR data management, reporting, and documentation, including employee records and separation processes (e.g., exit interviews and insights).
• Manage HR operational activities and budgets, ensuring effective and efficient delivery of HR services.

Required Competencies:
Education/Experience
• Minimum 7 years progressive HR experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred in Human Resources
