ManpowerGroup Electro‑Mechanical Maintenance Technician in Irvine, California
Our client, a leader in Aerospace and Industrial manufacturing, is seeking a dedicated Electro‑Mechanical Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a vital member of the EHS/Facilities Department supporting manufacturing operations, the ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.
Job Title: Electro‑Mechanical Maintenance Technician
Location: Irvine, CA
Pay Range: $36
Shift: 1st Shift M-F 5:30 am - 2:00 pm (OT will vary on weekends depending on need)
What's the Job?
Perform skilled work in construction, maintenance, and repair of electrical and electronic equipment used within the manufacturing site.
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical distribution systems including motors, controls, fire alarms, and clock systems.
Install, troubleshoot, and repair new equipment and systems such as CNC mills, lathes, drills, and programmable lighting controls.
Ensure operational readiness of site fire alarms and emergency electrical systems, performing certification testing as needed.
Maintain electrical equipment in compliance with regulatory codes at local, state, and federal levels.
What's Needed?
High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
Knowledge of electronic theory, electrical circuits, wiring, and power generation equipment.
Experience with machine shop maintenance, including CNC and PLC systems.
Completion of or enrollment in a two-year technical training program in electrical repair and maintenance, with at least three years of relevant experience.
Valid CA driver’s license with a clean DMV record.
