Job Summary
We are seeking a Document Review Operator to support the production of high‑quality medical devices. This role is critical to ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and involves working in a cleanroom environment with polymers, spray coating formulations, and precision inspection using microscopes.
Key Responsibilities
Operate machinery to produce medical devices that meet strict requirements.
Follow manufacturing instructions and update documentation for traceability.
Prepare products for packing and sterilization.
Conduct product inspections using a microscope.
Set up coating machines, coat, inspect, and fold balloon catheters.
Prepare excipient and spray coating formulations, and test them.
Package sterile and non‑sterile finished or semi‑finished goods.
Identify and replenish supplies as needed.
Build components for top‑level work orders.
Complete required cleaning activities.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in English at a medium level.
Comfortable standing for the entire shift.
Willingness to work overtime, including weekends.
Experience with microscope inspection preferred.
Familiarity with cleanroom gowning and degowning processes.
Additional Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent.
1+ year of experience in the medical device industry.
Comfortable working with chemicals.
Experience with medical device assembly and cleanroom procedures.

Work Environment
Primarily cleanroom setting.
Standing for the entire shift required.
Two 30‑minute breaks provided (one paid, one unpaid).
Mandatory safety attire and adherence to cleanroom protocols.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Irvine, CA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.
