Description

We are looking for an experienced Division Plant Controller to join our team in Rockledge, FL. In this long-term contract position, you will play a crucial role in overseeing financial operations and ensuring the accuracy of manufacturing cost accounting processes. This role offers the opportunity to contribute significantly to the financial health and efficiency of our engineering operations.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage financial operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.

• Maintain and improve manufacturing cost accounting processes to optimize efficiency and accuracy.

• Compile, organize, and analyze financial documents to support decision-making and reporting.

• Implement effective document control systems to ensure the security and accessibility of sensitive information.

• Monitor production costs and provide detailed financial analysis to support operational improvements.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with overall business objectives.

• Ensure timely and accurate scanning and documentation of financial and operational records.

• Perform detailed reviews of financial data to identify trends and opportunities for cost savings.

• Support audits and regulatory compliance initiatives by preparing and providing necessary documentation.

• Provide strategic financial insights to leadership to guide long-term planning and investment decisions.

Requirements • Proven experience in manufacturing cost accounting and financial management.

• Strong proficiency in document control and scanning processes.

• Ability to compile and analyze financial data with exceptional attention to detail.

• Familiarity with financial software and tools commonly used in engineering and manufacturing industries.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills for effective collaboration.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements relevant to financial operations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
