Your role and responsibilities
NAVI is an enterprise intelligence platform focused on churn risk detection, utilization analytics, renewal forecasting, and telemetry integration across multiple business systems. The Data Librarian / Data Platform Engineer will be responsible for the architecture, governance, and operational reliability of NAVI’s structured data ecosystem.
This role is suited for a data professional with strong analytical engineering capabilities, experience translating business requirements into technical solutions, and a disciplined approach to metadata governance and data quality management.
Required technical and professional expertise
•Advanced SQL proficiency (Postgres preferred).
Experience in dimensional modeling and analytical schema design.
Proficiency in Python for ETL and data pipeline development.
Experience delivering enterprise analytics or data solutions.
Strong stakeholder communication and requirements translation skills.
Familiarity with cloud-based data environments (Azure or AWS).
Preferred technical and professional experience
• Experience with CRM data models (e.g., Salesforce).
Exposure to churn, retention, or utilization analytics.
Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform.
Experience with vector databases or embedding pipelines.
