Job Title: Component Prep Operator
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Component Prep Operator to join our team across various shifts. This role involves working in an aseptic environment, ensuring cleanliness and compliance with industry standards. Shifts available include first shift (6:00 am to 2:30 pm), second shift (2:00 pm to 10:30 pm) with a 10% differential, and third shift (10:00 pm to 6:30 am) with a 15% differential.
Responsibilities
Complete training modules on cleaning and sanitization methods for aseptic environments.
Master gowning techniques for entry and exit from ISO designated areas.
Ensure the proper use of filter integrity testers.
Sanitize and sterilize equipment, supplies, and tools for Classified Area usage.
Prepare equipment and components for autoclaving.
Assemble tubing sets according to drawings and procedures.
Maintain accurate and organized documentation for batch records, forms, documents, and logbooks.
Assist other team members in manufacturing areas when needed.
Maintain good workplace organization and housekeeping.
Adhere to applicable SOP, GMP, and ISO rules and regulations.
Train and instruct personnel on tasks following appropriate SOPs.
Perform additional related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Essential Skills
Experience in pharmaceutical environments
Knowledge in sanitization and assembly processes
Proficiency in using autoclaves
Strong document management skills
Additional Skills & Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
1 to 2 years of industry experience
Experience in a cGMP environment is advantageous

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Irvine, CA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.50 - $25.50/hr.
