Clean Room Assembler
Job Description
We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Medical Device Assemblers to join our team in a cutting-edge medical device company specializing in the development of advanced urinary catheters. This position is for the first shift, from 5:30 am to 2 pm, with overtime available as needed.
Responsibilities
Assemble printed circuit board assemblies (PCB-A) and small parts in a clean room environment.
Assemble catheters under a microscope to ensure precision and quality.
Follow clean room guidelines and maintain a sterile work area.
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and production goals are met.
Essential Skills
Previous experience in medical device assembly or a similar field is preferred.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work in a clean room environment and adhere to strict guidelines.
Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Two years of experience in medical device assembly.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Knowledgeable on cleanroom guidelines.
Comfortable working with a microscope.
Experience in medical assembly and packaging.
Hand dexterity.
Experience working with glue or epoxies is a plus.
Experience with laser welding is advantageous.
Confidence in using a computer, including connecting devices via Bluetooth and testing software.

Work Environment
Work in a clean room with a small group of six, with plans for growth over the year. You can choose to sit or stand at workstations that are close to one another, fostering collaboration and teamwork.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Irvine, CA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
