Job Title: Assembler Job Description
Join our team as an Assembler, where you will contribute to the assembly of catheters used to prevent brain aneurysms. The role involves working predominantly in a cleanroom environment using microscopes and small hand tools to assemble delicate components.
Responsibilities
Perform cleanroom assembly for catheters designed to prevent aneurysms.
Utilize microscopes for extended periods to ensure precision in assembly.
Use small hand tools to assemble components such as coiling wire and small tubing.
Participate in the assembly process on the Pilot line lab and eventually in CER.
Essential Skills
Ability to work under a microscope for long durations.
Proficiency with small hand tools for assembly tasks.
Experience in medical device assembly, particularly catheters, is preferred.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with coil, hot box, iron soldering, UV bonding, and measuring equipment.
Familiarity with GDP review and ERP systems for managing work orders.
Ability to perform cycle counts and manage inventory in a cleanroom environment.
Entry-level candidates are welcome; training will be provided on the job.

Work Environment
Work in a cleanroom environment requiring full gown attire. Our supportive management team values attendance and effort, providing multiple chances for improvement. The role involves working 10 hours a day, 6 days a week, averaging 45 to 55 hours per week. We promote a collaborative environment where communication and relationship-building are encouraged, provided quality standards are maintained.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Irvine, CA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
