Aerotek Assembler-1st Shift in Irvine, California
? Join Our Team as a Catheter Assembler – 1st Shift ?
Location: Cleanroom facility
Schedule: Monday–Saturday, 5:00 AM start | 40–50 hrs/week | Overtime available
Be part of a team that makes a real difference! As a Catheter Assembler , you’ll help build life‑saving devices used to prevent brain aneurysms. This is a hands‑on role in a cleanroom environment where precision, focus, and teamwork are key.
? What You’ll Do
Assemble delicate catheter components using microscopes and small hand tools
Work on pilot line lab projects and eventually in CER
Ensure quality standards through careful inspection and attention to detail
Collaborate with a supportive team in a fast‑paced environment
✅ What We’re Looking For
Ability to work under a microscope for extended periods
Skilled with small hand tools
Experience in medical device assembly (catheters preferred) – training provided for entry‑level candidates
Familiarity with coil, soldering, UV bonding, and ERP systems is a plus

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Irvine, CA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
