1st,2nd&3rd Shift Assembler – Medical Devices
Location: Cleanroom Manufacturing Environment
About the Role
We are seeking dedicated 2nd Shift Assemblers to join our growing team in the assembly and testing of life-saving medical devices. This role offers the potential for permanent employment, though the transition may extend beyond one year or 18 months. Flexibility and commitment are key to success in this position.
Responsibilities
Follow detailed assembly instructions, processes, and procedures.
Ensure compliance with company policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements under the Quality System.
Report quality, process, equipment, and material issues to the Project Engineer/Supervisor.
Provide hands-on training to coworkers as needed.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Essential Skills
Microscope experience (required).
Expertise in small part assembly.
Strong communication skills.
Proficiency with measuring tools, hand tools, and medical device assembly.
Qualifications
Minimum 6 months of high-volume small part assembly experience using a microscope.
Ability to work with a microscope for up to 90% of the shift.
Experience inspecting raw materials and catheters.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Preferred: Medical device and cleanroom experience.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Irvine, CA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.50/hr.
