Job Description
We are currently seeking a knowledgeable and motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in heavy-duty truck systems and a customer-focused approach to inside sales.
This role supports customers by providing product knowledge, recommending solutions, processing orders, and building long-term relationships in a fast-paced parts environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with parts identification and product selection
- Provide expert knowledge on heavy-duty truck brake systems, suspension, and steering components
- Process sales orders accurately and efficiently
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Work closely with the warehouse and sales team to ensure timely order fulfillment
Required Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of heavy-duty truck brakes and braking systems
- Solid understanding of suspension and steering systems
- Prior experience in inside sales or heavy-duty truck parts (preferred)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
