COMMUNITY HORIZONS LLC Home Support Aide Needed in IOLA, Wisconsin
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Wonderful female member is seeking a compassionate and energetic Support Aide to join her dedicated care team. In this vital role, you will provide essential support to the member with diverse needs, ensuring her safety, comfort, and well-being during short shifts. Your proactive approach and caring attitude will help create a positive environment where she feels valued and supported. Responsibilities of this role: Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bed bath assistance, oral care, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Toileting/Incontinence care Use medical equipment (Etach) to transfer member Provide a warm, patient approach to caregiving Hours/Schedule:The member is seeking support care 7 days a week for a total of 28 short shifts. 8:00 am -8:45 am 12:00 pm-12:30pm 4:00pm-4:30pm 8:00pm-8:30pm There may be some flexibility in the start/end time. During the phone screen process, you will be given the opportunity to share your days of availability, which will be shared with the member.
